Bji Terms & Conditions — What are the rules for using the platform?

These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the bji platform (bji.bio), and by accessing the site or opening an account, you are considered to have agreed to these terms. Please read this document carefully before signing up. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please refrain from using the platform. We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time, and a notice will be posted on the site when changes are made. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly.
1. Eligibility & Age Requirement
To open an account on the bji platform, you must be 18 years of age or older. By registering, you confirm that you are legally eligible to participate in online gaming and betting. Opening an account by minors is strictly prohibited, and any such account will be closed immediately. It is your own responsibility to ensure that you are not residing in an area where online gaming is completely prohibited. Registering with false information may result in account termination and balance forfeiture.
2. Account Registration & Security
Each user may open only one account; holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. Providing accurate and complete information at the time of registration is mandatory. It is your own responsibility to keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. bji will never ask for your password via email or chat. For verification purposes, we may request a national identity card or other documents.
3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All transactions will be conducted in Bangladeshi BDT (৳). Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are detailed in the platform's cashier section. Account verification (KYC) must be completed before making a withdrawal. We reserve the right to hold payments in the case of suspicious or fraudulent transactions. Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used — third-party accounts are not permitted. Withdrawal processing times depend on the selected payment method, typically 1–3 business days.
4. Bonuses & Promotions
Any bonus or offer provided by bji comes with specific wagering conditions, which are clearly stated in the offer details. The required wagering conditions must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Claiming multiple bonuses from the same household or IP address is not permitted. If fraudulent use of a bonus is detected, the account may be closed. Bonus offers are subject to change or cancellation at any time, and a separate notice will be provided in such cases.
5. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities
Demeaning, threatening, or harassing other users on the platform is strictly prohibited. The use of any cheat software, bots, or automated scripts is strictly forbidden. Involvement in collusion or match fixing will result in permanent account closure and the relevant authorities may be notified. Intentionally exploiting any technical glitch or bug in the system will render the associated transactions void. Following our dispute resolution process is mandatory before taking any legal action against bji.
6. Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal information is stored and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy in accordance with our policy. Information collected during registration will be used solely for account management, identity verification, and fulfilling legal obligations. We never sell your information to third parties without your consent. However, we may be legally required to share information in response to valid requests from law enforcement agencies. Requests to update or delete your information can be submitted through the support team.
7. Account Closure & Termination
You may request to close your account at any time through the support team. It is your responsibility to withdraw any available balance before closing your account, though active bonus terms and conditions will still apply. In the event of a breach of these terms, bji may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without notice. Balances associated with permanently closed accounts may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation. Requests for self-exclusion for responsible gaming reasons will be processed on a priority basis.
8. Limitation of Liability
The bji platform is provided on an "as is" basis and we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. bji shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical issues, server downtime, or internet connectivity problems. Game results are entirely dependent on a Random Number Generator (RNG) and bji makes no guarantees regarding any specific outcome. 9. Changes to Terms & Conditions
Bji reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, a notice will be sent to your registered email or within the platform.
